CIM Property Services work closly with LTM Property Services and Four Seasons Developements to provide you with a highly skilled team with over 40 years experience within various sectors of the construction industry. We have the experience to handle all manor of projects.
We can provide estimates for all types of work from any small odd jobs around the house to larger projects including extensions, landscaping etc.
We also provide fully managed installations from planning to completion from our select group of proven and reliable tradesmen or are happy to integrate as part of your current team and provide the aspects that you need.
CIM Property Services are a small close knit permanent team, with Chris, Luke and Martin working full time on our projects. We also have a close team of highly skilled, proven, professional sub contractors who support CIM in delivering a high specification finish to all projects. All in all, we have the team that delivers a high quality finish, regardless of the size of the project, from new kitchen, bathroom and built in storage to full extensions, loft conversions and interior fit out.
THE TEAM
Chris Maycock
Chris manages your project from the initial contact and site appointment, programming and quoting your project through to managing and completing your project.
Chris set up CIM Property Services in 2011, after being made redundant.
Chris is a carpenter by trade but is also skilled in many other trades. He has always been involved in the construction industry from a young age.
Luke Maycock
Luke works alongside CIM as LTM Property Services, completing all aspects of your project from start to finish.
Luke joined CIM Property Services in 2011, when the firm was established.
Luke manages and completes smaller projects as well as working alongside Chris on the majority of our larger projects.
Luke is a carpenter and a highly skilled decorator, with a exceptional eye for detail.
Martin Maycock
Martin is father to Chris and Luke and joined his two sons in 2017.
He has been in the construction industry since he was 15, working in many areas from commercial construction to domestic construction.
Martin is a carpenter by trade but is also highly skilled in many other trades especially high spec bathroom installation
